Any difference between this product and the other solgar folate product with identical mcg that is advertised for prenatal health?

I don’t know about that but I do know folic ACID is the wrong thing to take...folate is the right one. Folic acid is synthetic, folate is not

Can i cut this in half? Its a higher dose than i need.
