Can someone give me outer dimensions of the bowl and height adjustment range?

The bowl is about 14”- 16” deep. The height is adjustable. I use on 3 feet, but it can be raised higher.

Is there a hose to purchase to make it longer?

I don’t think so. I was unable to use it because it didn’t fit any of my faucets. I found a handheld shower head with a hose for $14 from Lowes

What is the height min/max?

It adjust in height min probably 4ft max about 6ft

Does the faucet hose fit any faucet?

No it doesn't fit a regular apartment kitchen sink
