Return it! You will be spending considerable time in the sling and it is very uncomfortable. Look for one that fits!

Does this come in pediatric/small adult size. I am 4'8".

They seem to have sizes available for small people . Your best bet is to go to the section for "arm slings and look at the various pictures and check the specifications, if given.

I stripped mine down to simplify its use.
