Q: What is the minimum number of players for this game?

It says you can play with as few as two, but we always play with four. I think it is more fun with four because you learn to help each other out. It is a great game for our 7 and 9 year old grandchildren. They have learned to cooperate and they are learning about herbs and what they can do to help us. I highly recommend it.

Q: Most of the reviews are from parents of younger kids. My daughter is in 5th grade and pretty advanced. Do you think it would hold her attention?

It's hard to say. I as an adult LOVE this game. Not only is it beautiful, you are constantly learning as you play. I have played with my 8 year old for 2-3 years. The way I see it, it is a beautiful adventure that he and I go on together. One of the ongoing fun parts is trying to remember the herbs that heal each trouble condition. I could see getting a kids herbal I love Lesley Tierra's and using it along with the game.

Q: Is this really worth $40?!

Our family has enjoyed playing the game while learning about properties of various herbs. And there are some options such as the digital downloads to add some variety to the game. Game is well constructed and seems like it will last through our kids and maybe their kids. Is it worth $40? I guess it depends on what you value and whether you view this as a learning tool.

Q: Does this game explain how to use each plant for what it suppose to heal? like eat it, rub it on, cook it and use like a salve? Or do u have to guess?
