They measure appropriately 1 1/2inch long by 1 inch wide. I bought for my husband to put on hard hat for work. Can be used for a multitude of things. Very nice stickers.

How well do they stick to glass, I am looking to put these on the back of patrol cars at my sheriff's Office

I can't really say for sure. We used them on football helmets and they were very secure. It seems like they would work well on glass. They are smaller than I expected though. Hope this helps.

If used for football helmets during October, will they be easily removed after?

Yes, we used them on our Lacrosse Helmets for a cancer awareness game in Oct & removed them in Jan before our first game. Super easy to peel right off
