Price vs Value is in the eye of the beholder
First, I LOVE the look of this drink holder on my 2018 Street Glide! It doesn’t look like you bolted your least favorite coffee mug to your bike. But is that look worth twice the price? It’s chrome plastic and rubber.Installation? It took me longer to find the correct hex bit than to install it. The ball joint allows you to position it as you please. I made one small adjustment while sitting at a red light and its been perfect ever since. Remember...the ball joint connection is nylon/plastic don’t put a wrench to it! You ride a bike...hand torque should be fine.Functionality? It works well, doesn’t block my gauges and at 60 mph it held a quarter full 24oz/700ml water bottle without littering. My 18oz Yeti Rambler is pretty snug in the rubber basket. I use a twist motion instead of a pull n yank to avoid moving position of the Ciro. Its brand new so I assume it will be easier over time as the rubber stretches a bit.Summary: If you have the cash its a sweet looking, non safety accessory. If you’re buying $6 lattes you may not care. Honestly if it was $49.99 and free shipping a Ciro drink holder would be on every bike.
