El producto lo monté menos de dos meses y está sonando o sea está dañado y necesito de su colaboración porque ya no me deja hacer la devolución y este producto se monto menos de dos meses y ya está dañado y puedo entender que pudo haber llegado malo de fábrica y lo menos que deseo es culpar o señalar a alguien lo que deseo es solucionar por favor y espero de su gran colaboración, muchas gracias.

Terrible, better off spending the extra $40 for a factory one..
Couldn’t even hold tension from the belt at all. One of the teeth on the side of the tensioner, to keep it from throwing itself up too high, snapped off within a second. Would never go with this brand again.
