Would this hold up outside at a cemetery?

Are the Rose petals and the green leaf real?

Yes they are real... their is a glaze coat on petals and rose that makes it worth it to me. (Personally I'm tired of seeing flowers that I buy for my woman and shrivel away) this will last and looks good on the wall has she put it up herself.
