Does this vacuum have a flex cable and how long .

We bought this Hoover (renewed) from them and we had to return it back to them straight away as the hoover was not in a very good (renewed) condition. It looked like it was heavily used and lots of dented marks and dirty. I would spend a little more to buy a brand new which it will be more worth it or even spending less buying a different brand new hoover than buying this (renewed) one. It's not worth with that price comparing to the condition with the hoover we recieved.
