The GOAT
I don't worry when I sleep w/these. Very comfortable, very absorbant, & because they are 100% cotton, no skin irritation! They are the absolute best, OG, washable. Mine last years ❤️

Great! Sticking with this brand!
I had begun the non-disposable lifestyle a year ago with another brand. After a year they had started tearing and the lint inside leaked out. Also one pad the snaps tore out of the fabric when I tried to unsnap it. These ones are made from just layers of cloth, so even once they start to wear out, I'll still be able to use them... no lint leaks. I can't say how durable they are yet of course so I will try to remember to update this in a year or two.I find the edges tolerably soft even though they are crudely done. Serged instead of folded in. But it makes a less bulky seam that way even though it looks less fancy.I think my first set were Lunapads, or something very much like them. The snaps were on definite wings whereas on these the snap is on more just a wider area of the pad than a wing. I think this style shifts around a little bit less. The other difference is that the extra liner for heavier days, in my old set was tucked under a flap at each end (like a photo on a scrapbook page), & in these goes actually inside the pad (like a letter in an envelope). I feel this is much more secure. My old ones, the insert shrank and didn't get much overlap anymore with the tabs meant to hold it in. I bet sometimes, between the pad shifting and the removable liner being held so weakly... it's likely possible for that removable liner to fall out... down the pantleg and out onto the floor. At least that was my worry. With the way this brand assembles, I no longer worry. The extra piece CAN NOT fall out.Even if these only last me a year, I think I'll still repurchase them due to these small design details that make them superior to my old brand.Compared to the many types sold here and on Etsy... I like these because they are 100% untreated cotton. Most others have dye, use synthetic stuffing, or have a synthetic layer to prevent leaks. I want to avoid unnecessary chemicals so I like these: nice simple cotton & nothing but!I couldn't tell you if they are enough for heavy flow. I only give them light-duty use myself: the first couple days and last couple days of my period when there isn't enough flow to bother with the cup, & as backup during heavy days in case the cup is in crooked & leaks or something.

Going with cloth organic pads has been the best decision that I have ever made
Going with cloth organic pads has been the best decision that I have ever made. I will never, ever go back to using the disposables again after using this product. The cotton was so soft and comfortable, extremely absorbent and they did not give off the offending menses odor that you get while using disposables. The pad itself cleaned up great after being soaked for the day. I would recommend getting at least 2 to 3 as they do take a while to dry after washing.

You need to pair this with extra protection
Although I really like this pad for its comfort and environmental friendliness, you definitely need to pair it with extra protection like period underwear or a panty liner. Even with the extra absorbency piece inserted, blood will leak all the way straight through this pad unless your flow is really light.

Awesome
I decided to to try this pad for two reasons, the first being that they are better for the environment and the second is they are ALOT better for you vs. the disposables full of who knows what. They are super easy to clean and my only regret is that I didn't purchase more

Good Product
I used this product for the past few years. I love it. It is good for the environment and for me. I have very sensitive skin and I have never had a problem with this product.

I like that you add/remove inserts
Thick, long and absorbent. I use these over night and have never had an issue with leaking. They are big and bulky. I like that you add/remove inserts. Not as hard to care for as I thought they would be. I rinse them with hydrogen peroxide and soak them in water (change water everyday) and throw them in the wash when I am done. You don't need special cleaners.

Big but good.
The other reviewer is right in saying that these are very big. I am a larger woman and these are the first overnight pads I have found (disposable or cloth) that are long enough and wide enough to give me complete protection. For a thinner or smaller woman, I'd say these are too big, but for postpartum or plus-size they are great! They are very soft and come in neat little tiny boxes.
