Very Good Power Bank
While I have not had the need to try and charge these with the built in solar panel, they very nice power banks. While I have purchased four of these, one if them was stolen, so I only have three. They get a lot of use and work well. My only disappointment is that take about 8 hours to charge using a usb-c cable and a PD charging port.

Works quite well but it's not fast.
I now have two of these for my Bug-Out Bag. I wanted the Bag to be equipped w/ solar rechargeable power banks so I can set it up w/ components that can be recharged; radio, flashlights, phones, and a charger for rechargeable AA & AAA batteries for other items.More of an observation than a complaint, I'll say these aren't real fast; both to charge and be charged. Perhaps that's the nature of these things. It's not a serious issue as long as you plan ahead, knowing that the you'll need time for it to do it's thing; power IN or OUT. For my use the solar charge capability was essential and, while slow, works just fine. The flashlight feature is nice, not sure how much I'll use it but nice to have. Same w/ the little compass; not sure of it's accuracy but doesn't seem too far off. I believe these are going to work fine for my needs. They are a bit larger and fairly heavy to be carried in a pocket but that's not the way I plan to use them. I've recommended them to family and friends and have now purchased two.

Free Charging and Big Capacity
The media could not be loaded. Useful and solid capacity but the solar charging is a bit slow. We bought two of these and I left them outside all day in a spot that stays sunny without shade. They were still weren’t full at dusk and I had to finish charging them from an outlet for almost an hour. They are 38,800 mAh and the solar panel is small so I guess I shouldn’t be too surprised. There are 2 USB A ports, one type-C, and one old style Android. The flashlight works well although I don’t foresee any reason to use that function, but in a pinch it could be a lifesaver. Hold the power button for about 3-seconds to turn it on then short click to cycle through the modes - on, slow blink, or fast blink. The compass on the back is completely pointless and looks a bit corny. It’s a low quality, low value feature and I’m pretty sure being attached to a battery throws off the accuracy. Save the production cost and just skip that in future models. The mini-carabiner style clip could be useful for hikers or students who want to hang it from their backpack and charge as they walk. Overall, as of right now, I would recommend it to friends and family. It’s useful, easy to use, and has a lot of capacity. Only time will tell if it has lasting quality and durability.

Powerful Solar Charger That Everyone Wants!
I ordered this solar charger for myself, but my husband quickly snagged it because he said it’ll be perfect for his retreat stand when he goes hunting. Guess I’m ordering another one for myself now! It’s got a huge 38800mAh capacity, waterproof design, and USB-C input/output, so it’s super versatile for all our devices iPhone, Samsung, iPad, you name it. Plus, the built-in LED flashlight is a great bonus for outdoor adventures. If you love outdoor gear that works as hard as you do, this is definitely a must-have!

Solar?
I bought this power bank for a friend who lost power at her home as a result of the recent hurricane Helene, hoping it would give her a dependable power source to charge her phone considering that at one time it was estimated her power might not be restored for weeks. After first opening the charger, the level of charge was indicated to be between 50-75%, so I plugged it into a wall outlet to give it a test drive full charge, then ran it down charging my phone and another accessory, then recharged it again just to be sure the power bank would accept a charge and then power my phone, which it did fine, and in a reasonable amount of time. However, the solar charge of the power bank is just too slow, truth be told, I can't tell if the solar charger works at all! I left the power bank outside all day today for 10 hours on a clear, sunny day, much of the time in direct sunlight. The power bank has a green solar charge indicator light which worked as soon as I stepped out the door, and the level of charge is indicated by four small blue lights with one light indicating 25-50%, two lights for 50-75%, three for 75-100%, and four indicating full 100% charge. When I set the power bank outside at 8 a.m., the level of charge was indicated at 25-50% with one blue light. By 6 p.m. the indicator lights never moved still indicating 25-50% charge. Just to be sure the power bank would even take a charge of any kind, I cheated and plugged it in a wall outlet and it soon moved up to the next level. So, to sum it all up, it'll hold a charge from a 120v, and it'll charge a phone, but the solar charger would take days for a single charge which is worthless in a disaster area with no power.

Works great! (Read for explanation of slow solar recharge time.)
I bought this to power the fan on an InstaFire Inferno Pro Stove (an indoor/outdoor camping & emergency stove) and for that it works great. It's well constructed, it has 3 USB ports, the flashlight is nice and bright, and the carabiner clip is a nice touch. However, as others have said, charging by the solar panel is slow; this is NOT a design flaw nor is it an underpowered solar panel. Doing a bit of research, most solar panels for a power bank in this size and price range typically provide 400-500 mAh. The capacity of the battery on this unit is 38800, so doing some basic math that means at a charging rate of 400 mAh (as listed in the manual for this model) it would take 97 hours to fully charge, and that's under ideal conditions. In the area that I live, the max amount of sunlight in a day is 16 hours, so that means it would take about 6 days to fully charge the battery. The solar panel is not really intended to completely charge up the battery, rather to 'top it up' after you've used it for a while, mainly for the flashlight. If you need to be able to solar charge this type of device faster, I suggest you purchase an additional solar charging panel; they can be purchased for $20 or less, and Amazon has plenty to choose from.
