I am suspicious.
I have been using the Scalibor collar on my dog for the past three years. When I opened the pouch on the collar I bought from this merchant, I immediately noticed a chemical smell that I never noticed in the past. The collar also had I slightly different form. When I tried it on my dog he developed diarrhea and lost his appetite and started scratching the area under the collar. I removed it. I suspect that this collar was counterfeit and will not order from this merchant again.

Worth the $$
Best collar out there. We live in the country and our dogs came in every day with at least 4-5 ticks on them. Once the collar went on they disnt have a single one. No fleas either!Beware...it is very strong. I accidentally put it on too snug and my Lab wound up with a raw ring around her neck after only a day or two. Follow instructions!

Bought these collars with high hopes that they were as good as claimed. We had been using Seresto collars with great results, but they are considerably more expensive, and we have 7 dogs. Within a day of putting the collar on one of my dogs, she developed a skin reaction causing itching, rash, and sores. Two days after wearing the collar, another of the dogs began to "reverse sneeze" nearly continuously until the collar was removed. Now we are back to square one with flea protection. Our yard is fenced and we keep our lawn sprayed, but we live in the country and there are a number of wild animals, including rabbits, opossums, squirrels, and deer that are not hindered by the fence from accessing our yard. Adequate flea protection is important and the Scalibor collars just do not measure up.
