I wish I could easily find a lower dose, but this works.Take one about 30 mins before I want to sleep and when I fall asleep I don't wake up in the middle of the night. I normally have insomnia but one of these generally gives me 9 hours of sleep.It doesn't ALWAYS work (I have health problems that can keep me awake) but instead of 5-7 hours sleep I am consistently getting around 9.The only problem is I'm groggy in the morning. But I feel a lot less haggard and anxious in the morning now so I think I'll be continuing with this.

These work really well. 1 mg is a good dose of melatonin for most people and I wish it was sold more often in this dosage. It’s safe and effective without overdoing it.

I purchased these melatonin tablets to help me fall asleep at night. I take them about 30 minutes before I have to go to bed. I weigh 115 pounds intake one or two pills and they help me sleep through throughout the night. I would recommend.

Perfect dosageFor me. You aren’t groggy or fuzzy brained when waking up. Works in about 20 minutes from taking one pill. Price was good and has a good number of doses in the bottle.

Very good to help you get to sleep and stay asleep. Like the fact that I can get 1mg dose, can't fine 1mg in any retail store.
