Fantastic - worth writing about
I never write reviews but this faucet is such a standout I felt compelled to give it its due. This is an outstanding faucet. Worth at least twice the cost. It has changed my outlook on cleaning up the dishes. The pressure is great. The sprayer is just like a commercial kitchen sprayer. And having two faucets available at the same time is a real plus. I can wash while my wife grabs water from the other tap. It also looks great and looks expensive. It has a solid feel all around, nothing feels light weight or cheap. We keep the main control open to full and hot. Then when I want to clean I can just grab the sprayer and squeeze the trigger. Or use the valve on the pot filler. The pot filler valve is easy to use and modulate so it all works just terrifically. I really have nothing bad to say about it.

High Quality and a good alternative to Insta-Hot
I had a hidden leak with my Insta Hot that went on for I don't know how long. My plumber recommended I replace the Insta Hot with another Insta Hot but I was annoyed with the leaking unit that caused hidden water damage so I researched alternatives. There's not a lot of options but I found a Ready Hot unit that seems to be superior. I received and had my plumber install the unit yesterday. It's not a simple install according to the plumber but it worked out and I'm glad the plumber installed it and not me. The unit looks sturdy and all metal (and...I read that there are NO leak issues) and the spout is taller than the insta-hot so that is a big plus for me. The insta hot would spray hot water in way that would burn your hand...really bad design due to the leak issue, etc. The Ready Hot has a nice safety feature that makes you depress the turn on handle before it will pour water and it lags a second so you can position your cup. I can't be more happy on day #2 with my purchase. I will report back if there are any issues but I feel confident I made the right choice. Don't always go with the plumbers recommendation...they aren't always right. He was impressed by the unit and had never seen one before. One note, it's a little bigger than the InstaHot so it had to be put in a different place under the sink. No big deal for me but something to note.

Tank is twice the size of a normal instant hot water dispenser.
Works perfectly. Good if you need a lot of instant hot water. However, it is very large and may not fit in all sink cabinets. Also, instructions warn not to place directly on the cabinet wall due to radiating heat. Lastly, sink cabinet is much warmer than with any prior hot water dispenser. Since it is installed and it works, I will keep it; but I would not buy it again.

Pick of the Litter
I have my doubts about quality control for these things. I needed to replace a twenty year old unit. The storage tank still worked, but the faucet went bad and it seems to be impossible to buy replacement faucets without also buying a new tank.Anyway, I bought a replacement (different brand) but the new faucet began leaking after about a week. The flow rate was also pretty low, so I returned it and bought a Ready Hot unit. The Ready hot unit's faucet worked well enough but they sent a brushed chrome faucet rather than the polished chrome faucet I ordered. The flow rate was pretty slow on this one as well. Barely a trickle. So, I once more asked for a refund and bought another Ready Hot unit but this time, not only did they send the correct faucet, but the flow rate from the tank was much improved, as good as the one that I originally replace. Third time the charm, I suppose.FWIW, the Ready Hot installation system is the best I have ever worked with. It is worth buying the Ready Hot for the process by which the faucet attaches to the sink. All of the fasteners are accessed from on top of the counter. Totally awesome, that.

All kinds of bad…...
Ordered this product because the price was good and I really like the look of the faucet. Unfortunately, this product turned out to be a waste of my time and energy as well as that of my plumber. Turns out a key part was broken. Guess I should have paid more attention to the previous reviews that addressed poor quality. Returned the item and am awaiting a new instant hot from another manufacturer. Seemed like this one was destined to give me a lifetime of problems.

So much better than ISO!
Have had 3 ISO over the last 20 years. Put up with the spitting, leaking, etc. Decided to try a different brand and WOW! This unit is beautiful, sturdy, quiet, and all-around better! The water is hotter and the flow is stronger. Since I was replacing hot water unit, the only additional parts needed were a 1/4 inch sleeve and nut. No foul taste from the silicone tubing, either. So so happy with this choice!

Good value and reliable
I've actually bought a few of these for different jobs, good quality faucet, works great, easy to install and about 1/2 the price of that "other" brand and I can say more reliable and trouble free.
