This product is complete for what it is. It wraps around the thigh (stretches) and secures with velcro (white fabric). This leaves a green velcro connector to hold a catheter in place. There is no catheter or any other connection. It is a very good product for holding a catheter in place.

The product number you have used is correct. It does, in fact, have green hold down tabs. I have used this product for about 9 years and have found the quality to be excellent. Given proper care, one can expect about one years use.
