My doctor suggested I take these Damage Control Vitamins to give me more energy. I was a bit stunned to discover I needed to take 12 of these pills a day. But I did it and I must they I did get my energy back and feel much better. I found I don't need to take the whole dose every day. I was concerned that taking so many pills would give me a stomach ache. But that is not the case at all. My stomach feels fine. If you are a little low on energy I recommend these vitamins.

Have used the Master Formula for a few years now. As a senior, I must admit that I feel all around better when using these capsules. I don't like to take large pills of any kind and these are a nice size to swallow easily. Sometimes I miss a day here and there, or take less than recommended in a day without problems. I stopped taking these a while back for about a month and could really tell a difference in my energy level and feeling of well being. I am back to taking them and until something better comes along, these are my regular must-haves.

Very satisfied with this product. I began feeling better almost immediately after taking it. Pricey but certainly worth the expense.

Great especially because I travel. No need to count. Vitamins are great and I can see and feel a difference after taking them for a few weeks.

My daughter was using this supplement and while visiting i tried several packets. It agrees with me very well but, best if i have eaten something before. I really like the packets for being "on the go" great for travel too. I spend so much on individual supplements and then find it hard to keep up with all the bottles of supplements. It seems expensive but, not if one buys an assortments of supplements of quality. I stress the word "quality". I like this product very much for it's quality and content. It is important that one looks at the mg. or amount of each mineral or vitamin listed if that meets ones own needs or goals for maintaining health with ones life style.

I have taken pretty much every type of supplement/multi-vitamin and have never really felt a difference until this product. I feel better when taking this and notice more energy, less brain fog, and that I get sick less when taking it.I took it to my MD who does herbs and eastern medicine as well and he said that if one were to buy all of these ingredients, or even a fraction of them, separately that you would spend a fortune as they are great, effective ingredients and often hard to find. He took one look at the ingredients list and said "Wow this must be expensive" and was impressed when I told him the price, he thought it would be more. He also said this is the highest quality formula he's seen on the retail market.It is now the only product that I buy aside from their omegas and I love it, well worth the price.
