After mixing, will this re-harden in the refrigerator? It says you can use it to make Popsicles. I would like it to harden as icing on dog treats.

You can add some solid or fat to the mixture, to keep it hardened and to prevent it from melting at room temperature.

Is this yogurt or buttermilk? I clicked the buy button looking at a bag of yogurt powder but all of the reviews are about buttermilk?

This same listing offers options for Yogurt Powder, Greek Yogurt Powder, Buttermilk Powder and I think there may have been a fourth option (maybe). This is one of those problematic/misleading listing types where the vendor sells multiple different products in the same listing. That way, the review numbers can climb. Most of the reviews seem to be of the buttermilk, but these types of listings make it hard to tell what exact product the actual reviewer is reviewing AND is causes problems with the responses to the questions.
