Why are all images in some other language??? WTH!

I'm not aware of how an image can be in another language....

Does this have side-to-side scroll? Also known as a tilt scrollwheel?

The reviews I've read say the M575 Ergo dues NOT have a tilt wheel. If you want one, you'll have to move up to the MX Ergo.

Can it share a dongle with a Logitech keyboard?

You can go on the Logitech site and download unifying software. It is safe and secure. Then you can connect up to 6 Logitech devices with one transceiver. I have a keyboard and a mouse on mine. Both work great.

How dies the size and feel in the hand compare to the M570?

Basicly the same size and shape with a suposely increased sensortivity silver track ball. Right button is too easy to press. I wont buy another M575 and will go back to the M570.
