How can I clean this yoga mat? Thanks

I wipe it down with a Clorox clean-up wipe. If I’m doing intense floor work and know I will sweat like a pig, I’ll cover the map with a towel.

Is this yoga mat too thick that it makes balancing postures difficult?

No, it doesn’t feel thick at all just comforting while you do different poses.

Does it stretch during a pose, like when in down dog?

I have not found this mat stretching at all. Both sides seem to stay put, whether using one side or the other I have used mine for about 2 months, almost daily, and have had no stretching at all.

Would a nylon sleeping bag slide on this?

The sleeping bag would definitely not slip at all with someone sleeping on the mat in the sleeping bag. I use mine for full-body work outs on a gym floor and it does not move at all. This by far is the best yoga mat I've ever bought and used to date.
