Does this work with Microsoft Teams yet? I saw a post about it being in development back in 2018.

Can this be configured to work when in Webex meetings?

If the meeting is on your calendar, it will show that you are busy with a red light. You can't change the color to indicate that a meeting is a webex meeting vs. in person vs. something else.
