I use on conventional oil every change.

Can this be used in conjunction with Seafoam oil additive?

Yes. Now, I must ask a question. Seafoam should be used just before an oil change to remove the gunk inside the motor. This should be added to the oil just after an oil change. Why would you want to use this product for only a very short time when added to Seafoam? If your concern is will this react with Seafoam at the end of the oil change cycle, no it will not.

So my vehicle takes 5 qrts. Do I add this on top of the 5 qrts or do 4 qrts and then add this?

Try to end up with 5 Total quarts. Start by pre-heating your sealed Moly EP bottle in a warm/hot water bucket, this way it flows much better until it completely mixes with your motor oil. While waiting for pre-heat, add 4 1/2 quarts of your oil and bring your motor up to operating temperature. Add your pre-heated Moly EP slowly into your motor, let your motor run for several minutes to get it mixed thoroughly. Later, check to make sure you have 5 total quarts.

Can this be mixed with another manufactures oil?i currently use a valvoline racing 40wt, for my kodiak 454 jet boat.what is the schaeffer equivilent?

This is compatible with all oils. I frequently mix oils and I believe that the engines benefit from the unique properties each product I use contains.
