What kind of battery do these take? Are they easy to find in the U.S.?

This 3D DIY WALL CLOCK needs one AA battery , it is the normal battery and you can buy in any store

Is this easy to remove? Does it damage the wall if i remove a year or so later ?

It sticks on very well, but if you're careful I think it will come off with no damage. I put it up and one was a little crooked. I was able to remove it and straighten. It was a little hard to remove but it came off with no damage at all. This was just a few days after hanging, so I'm not sure if it would be harder to remove after a year.

How can this be removed ?

We just peeled it off the wall. Removal was fairly easy with not much residue left behind. To remove move any left of tackiness we used goo gone.
