Q: How much does it weigh? Are the wheels ball bearing?

Wheels are not ball bearing. It weighs over 20 lbs. The rubber on the wheels ia solid. It is very durable and i used it to haul corn out to my hunting spot. There werent many places it wouldnt go and it made the haul much easier.

Q: When folded could it fit it in the trunk of a small car? Do the wheels come off and on easily?

Yes to both. I keep the wheels on mine to help save time plus the pins are bent so they can't come off easily. I threaded all the hitch pins with a 1/4 x 28 die and put nylock nuts on them so I don't lose them.
