Good and loud lol
This device was very easy to set up, it shipped and arrived quickly and it makes typing in the game chat so much easier. It is really loud as far as the sound that comes through it, but that’s good for people who use their controllers to speak rather than a headset. Once I turned on the headset tho the sound stopped coming through the device, but it still worked great.

Works great
It works as designed, it doesn’t have to be plugged into the controllers it’s Bluetooth, have not had any issues with this keyboard.

Does not fit the DualSense Edge. Symbols are illegible!
I bought this keyboard because I always fall for these micro keyboards. I had one on my PS4 and never used it. I hoped that this would be better. I was wrong.First off, I tossed the pamphlet in the box without reading it like I usually do. I've paired stuff to the PS5 before. But it would not pair. So after trying a couple times, I finally got the pamphlet out and read it. You have to type the passcode SLOWLY.Ok, the keyboard is paired. Type a message into chat. I want to type a "?". I look at the keyboard. I see nothing. I look at the instructions. Supposedly there are symbols silkscreened onto the tiny keys in pink. I check the keyboard, there is nothing in pink. I ask my wife to look at the keyboard. She notes that some of the keys have dark blue symbols. She gets a bright flashlight. The symbols are there, screened on, in dark blue that can barely be distinguished from the black keys. The end result is that I can't use the keyboard if I want any symbols other than comma and period. I wouldn't have given this thing 5 stars because of misfeatures like there is a caps lock but no shift key. But the dark blue silkscreen misfeature cost the other star. Finally, I recently bought a DualSense Edge. Great controller, much better than the stock controller. A word of warning, this keyboard only fits the stock controller. There are extra mode switches on the Edge that would be covered by the keyboard if it fit at all. There are a number of reasons why I shouldn't have bought this mini-keyboard, I hope I can save you a few bucks. Don't buy.

Works as intended, easy plug & play
I play destiny 2 a lot which has in-game chat and communication requirements that are kind of absurd and fast-paced, so I needed something i could use swiftly and reasonably. Dont think there is a controller keyboard out there that would be something anyone would be 'happy' to add to their controller but this one fits the bill in both form and functionality.Very lightweight and simplistic design. Never really felt the need to take it off when i'm not using it as its well molded for the ps5 controller and does not get in the way, it also charges via usb c which is a huge plus.in terms of buttons, this is where i had to remove 2 stars for ease of use. Buttons are as big as they could ever be to be able to house so many, but it was such a downright bad decision to make the alternate/shift button functions to be dark blue. literally cant see them well, even in a well lit room or under a flash light. If you're really good at memorization then you may not have an issue with this after some practice and observation, but for me, they are too dark and too small to have the patience to stare at these buttons until i finally remember. Every time i think about this poor decision its a bit frustrating.Overall its very nice to have even if i rarely use it, a good investment to have and not need instead of need and not have. hopefully they change the size and color of the alt key symbols.

If you forget to press enter on syncing it will appear broken!
Theres no guide on how to do this other than hit Bluetooth on the keyboard and go into your PlayStation accessories. It pops up a code for you to type in. I kept doing that but it never worked. It never said anything about pressing additional keys, it literally said just press these 6 numbers. Well, there's no support anywhere online for this product so I thought it would be a return. But if you take it upon yourself to hit random buttons in hopes it will work, you hit Bluetooth, your PS5 recognizes it, you click it, it pops a 6 digit code on the screen you have to type properly.... but don't forget to hit enter withing the 30 seconds. nothing says enter, it says just numbers.. but you got to hit enter. Its a shame there is no product guidance on the net for this.

My son loves this addiction to his controller.

It’s the T-Mobile sidekick for your controller
Works ok to type. The speaker is cheap so don’t expect it to sound great. Pairing was simple enough.Pros: it’ll work if you need to type and don’t want to use a keyboard.Cons: a keyboard is much faster and honestly, I think I’d rather use one because it’s a little hard to type on this thing. In retrospect, if I had the packaging, I’d return it but I kinda sat on this for a bit too long.
