Do these helmets have any Styrofoam

They do not have foam. I can hold helmet and bend it back and forth. No protection. I returned it.

What is the measurement of the outer shell on the small or medium helmet? I'm trying to get the smallest shell possible.

I went with the small and added a1 inch piece of 1/4 foam to the inside around the inside rim .[I have a really small head ] Not sure the outer measurement but small worked just fine , got the foam from the local craft store
