Fabulous shower
Ordered this product as I was looking for a deck mounted thermostatic mixer shower in black - with a horizontal position head …. There are not many that match my requirements so took a gamble on this one . It’s fab. Arrived well packaged and good quality . Easy to install and works perfectly as it should .Only thing that could be improved upon is the instructions - I found them a little unclear but maybe that’s just me .

Excellent shower
Love this shower. Took me a few minutes to figure out how it worked, but once I had, have not looked back. Stylish and a fraction of the price you'd find elsewhere (note that it's not a wall mounted tap, so it's easier to install).

Good, but only half works
Like a few of the other reviewers, the aux. shower head doesn't properly work on this product. I'd hate to replace it all, just for this. However with a baby en route, I might have to. Did anyone ever managed to get the product to properly work?

Effective temperature control and great product support
I wanted a thermostatic mixer to manage shower temperature as we have a hot water tank and the hot feed varies during a shower. This mixer did a brilliant job: no juggling with separate taps! After about 6 months the plastic temperature tap end-stop broke. My Husband (an Engineer) identified the weak spot and emailed ENKI in the evening: by the time he returned from work, ENKI had shipped a replacement knob to the house, and the weak ribs were now thicker in the new design, which returned the unit to the prior functional state.

A+ customer service and shower
*Corrected review after it was found that my plumber mucked up a perfectly good shower*Shower works brilliantly and looks amazing as well. Our plumber overtightened everything which caused leaks. Make sure you don't overtighten the collar above the diverter.Enjoy were super helpful and their support seems to be based in the UK. They sent over some spare washers that the original plumber managed to shred. I managed to repair most of the damage the plumber left and now it's working well even after being abused. Great customer service and great product.

Beautiful Shower with Disappointing Handheld Water Pressure
purchased this lovely shower with high hopes for a luxurious bathing experience, but unfortunately, I've been consistently disappointed with the water pressure from the handheld shower. Even after just one month of use, it has never really worked well.While the main showerhead provides a decent flow, the handheld shower's water pressure drops considerably, affecting the overall functionality. I had anticipated a more reliable performance given the initial appeal of the product.I've tried adjusting settings and troubleshooting the issue without success. The inconsistency in water pressure significantly impacts the usability of the handheld feature.
