Poor delivery system
Had to constantly ask about the overdue Ge Washer delivery dates. There delivery system is very inefficient. Poorly Run.

Don’t even consider this brand.
The worst customer service they don’t care if you purchased there products and are not able to use then.

Decent
I bought this at Nebraska Furniture Mart. I shopped around, read a gazillion reviews, etc. I've owned it for 2 years. I generally like it, but I don't think it cleans that well (sometimes). Liquid detergent works better for me than pods with this machine. Some complain about noise. I know what they mean. But mind you, my previous washing machines have always been used. I'd buy some beat up Kenmore or Whirlpool beast off the back of a trailer for $200 bucks and they'd work fine -- until they didn't. So at 40 some years old, I said, what the heck, I'll buy a new one. This isn't as noisy as late 90's, heck, even mid 2000s, top-loader w/ agitator. But it's different.I end up using the large (not regular or extra large) setting because I do all my colors and all my whites in two loads. And it fills up the tub. Ironically, you get better performance if the clothes are just barely covered by water -- even if you use lots of detergent. A small load is a "regular."It works fine for me. But using the standard measures I'd say on scale of 1-5:Washing performance: 3-4 (again depending upon the water level and detergent)Features: 3 (there's no soak feature)What else? Looks? 3 i guessMine doesn't move around on me. The spin cycle does have clicks and clunks. But whatever, I'm not annoyed by that. The spin cycle does seem to take a while.GE Dryers? I LOVE the GE Dryer i bought with this. The GTD42. Perfect. If you want to buy this off me, I'd sell it used. I'm considering getting that Whirlpool everyone likes.

" A good to excellent reliability rating" (<<<-that was 2 years ago)
UPDATE AUGUST 21, 20185 Stars to 1 StarBuy this Washer, you will learn how to Reset the motor.. I have done it many times when the washer will not turn on or stuck in mode.Today The Reset method failed so now i have a broken washer that did not live to 5 years old.O Ya NO Warranty. You get one year. I called GE because to maybe have someone look at t:,,,,There is NO AUTHORIZED GE repair person in my part of the US . Probably would cost hundred of dollars anyways'One of the reasons i bought this washer was because it was "Made in the USA" lol!no Ge again although they make good ranges. Just poor washers in my experience. .no buying Made in USA because it was Made in USA.------------------------------------------------+My Review: July 24, 2016I did ALOT of research to find a washer for under $500:Consumer Reports,LaundryReviewed.Washer had to be: a top loader. A good to excellent reliability rating, I had to be able to override the Washer setting and add more water when i wanted. I did not want all kinds of bells and whistle features-- the more bells and whistle features things that can break---and the more expensive to repair.I bought this GE GTW330ASKWW3 days in my house. It is noisier than my old 12 year old washer HOWEVER by the 3st wash, the noise was the new normal sound ., that is i adjusted to it.Wife loves it.Will add more/update in a wek or month from now

HORRIBLE, do NOT buy!
I wish I could give this zero stars. We've had this three weeks and it rocks and shakes so hard it literally knocked it's own knobs off and bashed holes in the dry wall. It's frankly dangerous. GE has sent out a tech three times, each time he runs a spin and declares it fixed. Each time we do a normal load, it goes right back to the rocking and shaking. I can't even imagine getting it to do a large load. The worst part is, GE wont tell us if they'll eventually replace it or refund it, and we just keep having to MISS WORK while this tech comes out to fiddle with it and not fix it. This has cost us WELL over the $500+ dollars in machine in lost work time, and we STILL don't have a working washer. This has been an absolutely horrible experience with a company. If we could afford to sue GE to at least get our money back, we would. I don't understand how this isn't criminal. We paid them money expecting a working appliance, and they are being completely unreasonable in fixing it. I feel like they're just going to keep giving us the run around until we give up/can't miss any more work.

JUNK!
One year after warranty expired the control panel, suspension rods & motor went out, costing more to repair than the original purchase price. The machine was always awful from day one-shredding clothes and leaving things (especially sheets) in a tangled mess. Two towels would throw it off balance. I had no choice and had to buy another machine. As a disabled senior on limited income this really put a strain on me. I called GE manufacturer to see if they would compensate me in any way- they refused. Don't buy this machine.
