There's nothing waterproof about this
The circuitry is completely accessible from the outside, there's nothing sealing the inside from the outside this is not waterproof.

Solar panel power regulator
Very poor instructions. Still able to put it to good use. It won't charge 12v batteries unless they are less than 12v. Not sure where the voltage cut off is. Had to put it on the 24v setting to get it to charge my batteries. For the price so far it gets the job done. Was able to run a 12v car vacuum off the load side of the regulator.

Good value for the price
Works good so far. It was easy to install and figure out.

Terminals too small
Overall it seems to do the job, and its a good price for the unit with 2 USB ports, but the wire connection terminals are too small for practical use. They are only 12AWG (2.5mm2) and don't fit standard solar cable well.UPDATE:After one week of use I check the system and it's charging the batteries at 16.8V even though it's manually set to 12V charging! Needless to say I'm returning it.

Looks like it works most of the time, you can’t see electricity but it occasionally gives high voltage readings instead of regulating it. Awww

No dislike, like its ability to keep battery charged.

The advertising does not warn clearly that it will not work with Lithium batteries.
