Do not purchase any Samsung appliances.
I would like to share my families experience in buying Samsung appliances. Let me start by saying that we spent over 9000 dollars on brand new appliances just over a year ago. My wife loved the look of the Samsung black stainless steel so we bought an entire house full of appliances. Refrigerator, range, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. Every single one of them has failed in that year, some on multiple occasions. Our microwave which most appliance repair guys will tell you are pretty universally reliable broke within the first month. The gas range needed repaired on three separate occasions, the dishwasher has been repaired twice and works intermittently now, the dryer squeals like a pig going to slaughter and the refrigerator stopped working while we were on vacation this past May. We have now been without a refrigerator for just shy of two months. It took Samsung over a month to send out a technician to look at it and another two weeks to get parts. After the “repair” the technician informed us that the unit was not repairable and a replacement was needed. Bear in mind we bought the appliances in May of 2017, the refrigerator failed in May of 2018 and now in July after telling us it is not repairable and they are sending a replacement unit I get an email apologizing for the inconvenience but that they will not replace the unit nor fix the dryer. We had never had new appliances and a year ago we were excited that now we had a houseful of beautiful new shiny appliances. Some of these appliances are nearly top of the line Samsung models and all of them have failed or no longer function. Do yourself and your family a favor and do not purchase Samsung products or atleast do not purchase their appliances. I have never made such a large purchase and been as disappointed as I have with Samsung. They have been horrible in every facet from quality to service. Do not make the same mistake we did. Samsung is a horrible company.

Works Great, look great, very convenient!
I purchased my Samsung stove to match my existing Samsung fridge. I also purchased the Samsung microwave and dishwasher for my kitchen upgrade. The reason I chose Samsung was because of the dual-oven feature, where it easily becomes 1 very large oven or a small oven, which I use most of the time, and a normal sized oven, allowing me to use both at different temperatures during the holidays. We are extremely pleased with this range/oven. I strongly recommend this range/oven for its practicality, usefulness and design.

Geo blocking makes all App functions useless
I really don't understand why Samsung decided to molest it's heavy paying customers with country codes and geo blocking.I have own $2800 Samsung Range NE58K9850 and an new Android Phone. When trying to register my $2800 Samsung Range to my app - that was the reason I spent $2800 on a range - I get the following error:"Smart HomeCheck the country code of your Samsung accountm and try again. To register the device, make sure the country codes specific to user accounts match between you and the first device user."Fact: my range is in the US, my phone is in the US, I'm in the US. My Smart Home App is configured as being in the US (I could check this). The address on my Samsung account is in the US.What else do you want?Just one problem: when I bought this range, a friend from Europe visited me and we used his Samsung phone to install my range. But he left soon after. So I reset the AP-connection of my range. Still the same problem.Am I now prohibited to use my range because I had a European friend visiting 1 1/2 years ago?I really hate wasting my time in artificial geo-blocking problems and tend to boycott Samsung in the future.

Big disappointment
We regret purchasing this Samsung appliance, since it has a problem with oven. The fan oven is constantly malfunctioning and it is impossible to cook anything in oven. We would never buy Samsung kitchen appliances again due to very poor quality.
