Product not as same as you in pictures and I was not expecting this low quality.
Super disappointed it’s not I expected it’s not even look like in the picture the quality is so bad I was about to order two more for my commercial used but I decided not to Audit again from here.Kindly contact me via email or call me if you want me to order more from you guys

Excellent product.
Excellent product.. we were doubtful at first when ordering this device but it actually works and quite sleek. The overall package with freight is large and may not fit traditional elevator or doorways. Shipment was fast and got everything in time. Will order few more in the future !!

I can't get this to work.
Update: Worked with the company a bit and finally got this to work and able to change inputs to HDMI, VGA, etc. They were accommodating but I still need help. "Needs Attention" screen appears and is rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise. I've reached out to the company and hopefully can get some help. I wish there was some sort of manual or troubleshooting help. Previous comment: I can't get this to work. We didn't get a manual with it and can't find one online. Turn it on and all I get is Needs Attention. It doesn't recognize my laptop or a mini media player.
