The ingredients list is long, but you can go to the Premium Chocolatiers website and find them listed there. They also have other assortments to chose from. These do contain corn and soy, so if those items are a problem, these probably aren't for you. I was looking for good chocolate without dairy, eggs or wheat because of allergies and these are really incredible . I also liked the mint truffles as well. Hope this helps.
