Is this a real gator? Last time i ordered a pair like this they ate my pand

They only turn into real gators if you order a pair

Does it have a loop for hanging , if so how long is it?

It does and is about 1 1/2 - 2" long, not very long.

How wide and long are these, plus how long is the thumb pocket? I have an ancient pair that look similar but are smaller than most oven mitts.

Okay, I got out the ruler. 11 inches long, 6 1/4 inch is the widest part and that's at the opening. The snout is 3 inches. The thumb pocket is somewhere around 3 inches. It's a very functional oven mitt with plenty of room for hand & thumb. And it's totally cool looking!

Be not deceptive!

I feel I was tricked. Oven mitts come in pairs!!! Who buys one oven mitt or one of any mitt of any kind. They should have been priced as a pair of oven mitts. I got one and the second one after Christmas. They were a Christmas present. Disappointed to say the least.
