Great tool to help young batters understand swing snap and acceleration through the hitting zone. I used these balls with my 8U and 10U teams. The young hitters were provided with real time feedback which helped coaches explain good technique. Very durable product.

Expensive but useful in developing power in a swing

Purchased as a gift for my daughter’s softball coaches. They use us every practice! Thought it would help their backs!!

Order was received quickly and was exactly as described. The bucket is heavy duty enough and has a handle for carrying. All 15 weighted balls were round and not flat as described by another reviewer. Using these weighted baseballs for pre-game hitting has greatly improved our hitters statistics. You can quickly tell which hitters are driving the bat through the entire swing and which ones are stopping the bat at ball contact. Also, the hitters know when they have made solid contact with the bat barrel vice hitting top or bottom of ball based on sound and flight of weighted ball. Just a great tool to help your hitters gain memory muscle for proper swinging. We also use them when warming up young throwing arms and when ensuring proper catching techniques. Once they have used them to warm up and start throwing regular weight baseballs they are amazed how much better and further they can throw. These weighted balls are definitely a worthwhile purchase and its great to see the smile on the face of our players as they get better and better.

That's right, I don't understand why whoever makes/sells this thing isn't also listing it as a car wash bucket holder, but they would be CRUSHING it if they did. holds up a bucket of water, and i have the bucket handle on the outside of the clamps that hold the bucket down, which keep the wire handle from falling all the way against the bucket, so i can grab it easily with wet hands and move it (by the original bucket handle) from one side of the car to the other. it is also sturdy enough that it will keep cords and hose away from my car, not even the bucket alone was good at that. No more bending over to the bucket on the ground for soap!I will be buying more of these for clean car friends and family.Seriously, how are you guys so pigeonholed as to not market this to larger groups as well? These should be at every auto parts store and in every auto section of big box stores.I'm sure they hold balls just fine. This is a sturdy thingymabob. I feel like you would want larger foot pads if you had much weight on this in the grass, but they are at a pretty aggressive angle so maybe it works.
