Are the glasses vented to reduce heat?

As to fogging; I learned as a scuba diver to clean my mask using my own saliva. Sounds gross but, it's really not. It's not something I want to watch somebody else do, but..... Lick your glasses then wipe them with a clean cloth. It helps me

Are they scratch proof or will they get scratched easily ?

I have had them 2years and still ok. Not scratch proof but if cared for will last a long time
