Is the cover magnetic?

Hello Deanna Thank you for your question. Both covers are magnetic on the inside. This allows the two sides to stick together and so hold the booklet closed. As the magnets are on the inside the strength is not sufficient to stick the outside to a metal surface. I hope this helps. Best Wishes PinkCatShop

Why would i keep my passwords in a red case labeled "passwords?"

I like this password keeper as is. I don’t detect any smell and the red color is a plus to locate small things that are easily misplaced all over my busy hectic schedule. I keep a bunch stacked in a small metal drawer that is also red. I thought of writing my passwords in code but probably forget what the real passwords are. If you’re worried that someone will read over your shoulder, just be prepared (I.e. write it down on scrap paper and once done using it, rip into pieces and deposit in two different trash cans far apart).
