Is it oil resistant and water resistant?

It’s water resistant, but not sure about oil resistant. I imagine if it’s not saturated in oil, it should do fine.

Will this stick to neoprene?

Are there any other Silhouette Cameo 4 cut settings? The one posted does not work.

Usually if my blade isn't brand new it works well for me if I put blase on 3 forces 10 speed 4 and 1 pass

Is there a difference in this and the vinyl you get in the starter kit with the silhouette?
