Are these cups good to place cricut permanent vinyl on?

I’ve not had the best luck with the cricut brand sticking to anything for a long period of time. I recommend Oracle 651.

Should there be four tumblers in my order? I just received this and opened the box to find only one cup, one lid, and zero straws.

How tall are the tumblers?

The tumbler is 8" top to bottom with the lid on. This measurement does not include the straw.

Are this made in China or the US?

The bottom states 'Made in China'.
