Excellent Fruit Crusher with legs
An excellent fruit press - but get the one with legsOthers have commented that the blades are plastic - they are not, they are nylon and cut through apples at a rate.I was pleasantly surprised just how efficient it cut through apples - core and all.Assembly is easy but the hopper is initially a bit fiddly.After use getting all the apple bits of the blades needs a bit of patience - I used a skewer and a hose - worked well.

Ok for the money but...
Some sharp edges and 2 of the captive nuts had disappeared so I replaced them with rivets. Sometimes difficult to align the machined holes. It is better when fixed to e.g. a wooden frame, as it did not fit the press well, as shown in the description. When smaller pieces of fruit were added they mostly went straight through, so I would advise 1/2 apples for example. The plastic grinder was a bit of a surprise but OK as long as it's harder than the fruit. Got through about 25Kg of apples in a couple of hours, pausing to press the pulp, producing about 8.5 L of apples juice. Reasonably easy to clean with a pressure hose and brush. Now the hard part is waiting for the juice to ferment...

Great little crusher
Very easy to assemble make sure you only hand tighten until completed assembly then fully tighten at the end. Fits together really well and works well over a big brewers bucket. Could do with a frame assembly to hold it ridged when doing harder apples as needed 2 people for this. But it crushed 100 pounds of apples with no problems and it is easy to clean.

Won’t chop small enough pieces
Assembly captive nuts not very well fitted, some fell out on assembly and a bitof a fiddle to get back.The so called blades are plastic and do not cut fine enough, steel blades as seen on you tube are far surerior. Dismantling and repacking for postage fora refund is too difficult, so I will just put apples through 3or4 times.

Great quality
Very happy with this, assembled in 10 mins and although some edges are sharp it's really well designed and constructed.

Don't waste your time!
Had to put apple pulp through a food processor to make it small enough to extract all the juice.Total waste of money.

Poorly made
Does not fit together corrrctly, screws do not line up with pre made holes. Returning as is really unsteady when used.
