These heel raises are amazing, I’ve tried many over the last 3 years due to surgery botched job, having my gastrocnemius muscle being shorten and walking on tip toe. Others haven’t been comfortable, but these are so comfortable and soft. I ordered 1.5cm first, but needed a bit higher, so ordered the 2.5cm and was delivered today. I’m literally buzzing as they fit in my barefoot trainers, which I have lots and haven’t been able to wear.Thank you Will, just wondering if you do a 2cm, as I’m hoping to get my heel further down.Honestly, I never usually do a review unless the product is fantastic, if you are debating on buying this product, go for it. Walking on your tip toe for over 3 years is not fun, I am one happy customer, again thank you Will, your product is amazing 👍

No issues with item but my dog finds them very chewable

Unfortunately the height was too much for my leg so wasn’t what I needed.

I found out recently that one of my legs is shorter than the other. This for pad takes the pain out of walking on my hips. The only problem is that when wearing on Sandals they work their way out the back of the Sandals. This is the problem that all the ones I have. As there are 2 of them, one can be stuck to the sandal, and the other for the shoes.

Absolutely brilliant as anti vibration wedges for dog cages in van. Stops vibrstion and rattles between meyal cages and van sides. Not pethaps expected use but perfect for van rattles and vibration.

These do not adjust your height at all and go flat after 10minutes of walking/standing and are very uncomfortable to walk with
