Amazing tv!!
I went through a couple mini led fald qled TV's, that were mostly Really nice, returned them, then opted for this OLED. I was blown away. It's in a whole different league than the qleds in my opinion. Picture was great depending on the lighting of the scene with the qleds. Darker bright scenes looked great, but sunny light always looked washed out, like brightness was too high. Was constantly fiddling with settings and never happy for long. Had motion issues too. Things like that. By comparison, even when the OLED doesn't look perfect or needs a setting tweaked, it still looks incredible. Motion is great. Dark scenes with bright lights are amazing. Colors are strong. Plenty bright for me. I watch often with big kitchen lights on to one side and /or sunlight coming through huge living room window to the other side and have no complaints. Reflection of lights show up on glossy screen but it does a great job minimizing them. Not a huge fan of the LG WebOS. Kinda slow, and messy. Too much crap. But it's a small issue for me. The tv is just incredible. So incredible I returned it to buy the C1 model instead. Seemed silly not to upgrade to the better model for couple hundred more. But if anything the b1 seemed to be better calibrated out of the box. So either way, they're both just unbelievable TV's. Worth every penny. Oh, and I'm not a huge gamer, but with my PS4 it looks amazing and has every feature you could want. I want to get a PS5 now just because of the tv. To try 120fps 4k games. Lastly, The sound is better than I expected from reading reviews. Totally fine if you're just a normal tv person. Way way better than old lcd TV's we had before this new tv adventure started. I got an inexpensive Atmos soundbar/sub combo but my girlfriend prefers it without the added speakers.

Love this SmartTV... finally cut the cable cord!
I've had LGs for years, but this one has all the apps needed to finally cut the cord and live free from cable.LG Channels include local news and weather, and endless apps for streaming content. Some ar pay apps (like Hallmark) but others are completely free (like Freevee and Pluto). The picture on this TV is stunning out of the box, and while the screen is a glassy black, it somehow minimizes reflections, so you don't really see or notice lamp or window reflections.Set up was easy. We have an older Samsung Dolby 5.2 surround sound system, and I could easily set up that device on the home screen to manage its settings right from the TV. And while it was easy to sync the volume control to the magic remote, the remote does not seem to be able to control power on/off of external devices. So we still need to use the Samsung remote to power on the sound system... a small annoyance.

This is the best TV I've ever seen (so far)
I knew OLED was the real deal but I didn't expect it to look that good. I've been rewatching old shows that I've seen multiple times just to see it again on this TV and it is mind-blowing to see the colors and differences. I don't think I could ever go back to non OLED if this thing were to breakdown. Now for gaming it is a world of difference compared to the typical gaming monitor quality. Gaming monitors have gone a long way, even in the OLED panel area but it's still not quite there yet. This is quite a phenomenal experience to game on, especially with games that have good HDR like AC: Odyssey, Hitman, or Forza for example. It definitely takes a beast of a system to push 4K 120hz but thanks to the Freesync/Gsync it has, it's not too bad.

Cant beat it no matter what you spend
This TV I got in 55 inch size has phenomenal picture and surprisingly clear and loud sound as well. It has a center stand unlike the Sony variants I was looking at, so it fits on a less wide stand. No down points to mention. Compared to my 4k 65 inch LED Sony in the basement, the differences are notable. I havent used for gamin, just TV, but have to assume given the lag stats it would be great for the PS5 as well.

Excellent picture
The TV has an excellent picture but if a scene is dark it is difficult to see.

Wonderful picture, adventure in buying!
I purchased this television after having seen it referenced in Consumers Reports as among the best Prime Day deals. It replaced a 60” Samsung Plasma Smart TV that I have loved watching for nine-years. The television is everything advertised, amazing picture with lots of features. It's not hard to judge a company when everything goes smoothly but when things get complicated my vote is with the company that makes it right. The purchase process became complicated and difficult, I won’t get into the details here, but the bottom line is that Amazon made it right, turning what had all the markings of a disastrous experience into a happy customer.

Didn't hold up
Nice pic and sound, but it didn't hold up. This TV is in a guest room and is very rarely used, and today when I turned it on, a dark spot is showing in - not on - the screen. It's less than 2 years old! LG won't stand behind their product - they say it must have been damaged, which it was NOT. I'll never buy another LG product, and probably no TV from Amazon.

Took a while but..
We got there with the settings I want for my Playstation 5/ Xbox Series consoles after about a month. Still I do mess with it for certain games. I do see this weird grid effect when I play games. I'm new to oled tvs but I find it weird when I see it. It is pretty noticeable and hope that nothing is wrong. So far over two months with the TV and it looks great for gaming and great for shows even in regular HD or lower. Just wish the 3rd hdmi wasn't for EARC because it takes away your 4k 120hz slot. But I've found a working solution to split the 4th hdmi.Overall 4.5 because of the difficulty of finding my settings and the weird grid effect.
