The media could not be loaded. Stopped working after using it for Only one month, Can I get a replacement? Cuz I think I got the definitive one. Thanks

Great device that cooks boba automatically as advertised.Support provides an email if you have additional questions or concerns and they are very responsive and helpful. I requested an electronic version of the manual and instructions since I lost mine from my box and they provided it to me the same day.
