Not entirely as advertised!
As stated in another review, bare bones with only the charger and no documentation, however the unit itself looks brand new and functions quite well with the exception of having windows 8.1 PRO when it is advertised as coming with windows 10 PRO. One of the reasons for choosing this tablet is the advertisement of coming with windows 10 PRO.I have a question into BREED asking about this discrepancy and will update this review after getting a response about how this will be corrected.UPDATE ... did not hear back from the vendor. Also quite a few other problems were found with the device. Cameras would not work, could not get into the Pictures folder, the Store App would not function, Etc.Sending back for refund!
