The media could not be loaded. Very easy installation. Great sound good and loud. Able to hear clearly at highway speeds wearing full face helmet. Would purchase again.

Solid features
Yes it is expensive...so is every Harley-Davidson accessory. Much better sound than the original Harmon Kardman unit. Compatibility with Harley-Davidson factory wiring means your hand control functions work without having to install and program an additional interface. Great features include Sirius XM radio compatibility with purchase of XM receiver and antenna as well as bluetooth, USB and Iphone compatibility. Sadly, there is no automatic volume control and there is no bluetooth headset support. Those who have the Harley-Davidson CB bundled with the OEM unit will also loose CB functionality. All said, this is a solid replacement radio with exceptional sound and power for 1998 to 2013 Harley Davidson owners with plenty, although not all, modern features.

Misleading and missing information
When trying to connect the Samsung Galaxy S10 the only features that are usable through the Bluetooth is audio you do not get any phone functions whatsoever it does not say that in the product information section of the advertisement. It also is very confusing and you might think that it is XM ready Yes it is ready but you have to spend an additional $50 for more equipment to receive the satellite signal. For $600 for this unit and it doesn't even do phone functions through Bluetooth, this is substandard. You would think that spending this kind of money on a so-called high-end head unit it would be able to function a phone correctly. I can purchase a $20 Bluetooth adapter plug it into an auxiliary port on the factory radio and have every phone function available through the Bluetooth. Again this phone only does audio.I have contacted customer support 3 days ago still have not got a response as to how to remedy this problem if they don't give me a response back within another 2 or 3 days I'm going to return it and I will not be buying any more aquatic radios

You can stash other things instead of your phone inside.
Easy install, good sound, screen a little hard to see in sun. I'm too stupid to figure out how to work the FM Presets but maybe I'll actually open up the manual soon. Love that it has Bluetooth. Easily fits my Samsung galaxy 10 with an otterbox case on it. Or you can use the tray to smash other items if your choice (see pictures)

Plug and play
The media could not be loaded. 2009 ultra classic upgrade to Aquatic AV with the Sirius xm feature. Only extra work was cutting some wires from the factory wire harness to splice in my rear speakers. The instructions where clear on which ones to splice into.
