My only complaint is that by looking at the image I assumed (totally my fault) that it came with the plastic balls. Other than that we absolutely loved this for our 1 year olds christmas present. It came vacuumed sealed. You just have to open it up about a week before you plan to gift it. Let it sit and reform to it's true form. We order a batch of 500 plastic balls that fit perfectly inside. I love that the entire ball pit is made out of a foam material covered by a soft suede. Our toddler loves to crash into the ball pit and the soft sides make it stress free for us. No smell when I opened this up. No loose threading after rough play for the past 2 months. Cleans easily with a wipe cloth, dish soap or even resolved.

This product is AMAZING! We got it for my 9 mo Christmas gift and he loves it! You definitely need more than 200 balls to cover the base. I only got 200 and I could definitely use about 200 more! Overall though it’s super plush, it took 3 days to form the perfect shape however he was playing in it from day one! We couldn’t be happier.

Super soft foam and cover. Easy for my nine month old to climb in and out of safely on his own, plus perfect for when he tumbles around. Looks great. Also comfy for adults to sit in lol. Love it.

I liked this ball pit. It was bigger than I expected it to be and after two days of letting it take its shape, it turned out great!

The size was perfect. We didn’t feel like it takes up too much room. Our little one likes it as a ball pit but absolutely loves it more as as a little “nest” to put blankets in and sit in on movie night!

It arrived vacuum packed down to the size of a small sleeping bag rolled tight. We used a seam ripper to carefully undo the seams of the sleeve it came it because there was no way we were pulling it out. Once removed, the ball pit sprang into shape immediately without heat and/or shaping with pillows as suggested. There was no strong smell, it is soft but sturdy enough, sized as described. Overall, very pleased with purchase. Only downside is purchasing the balls - they seem to be a smaller size than what I remember so it takes more to fill the pit. We bought two bags of 100 balls each - may need more.

Bottom is a separate piece so pranks toddlers may lift it and get the balls underneath. Other than that, it’s lots of fun. Just teach the little tykes to pick up the balls when playtime is over :)

Bought this for my sons 1st birthday and he loved it. We took the balls out because he would just throw them under the couch. He gets in there and just plays with other toys. It's almost like its his safe space.
