We have a magic bullet we got from an infomercial in 2006. It still runs great, but the piece in the base broke and I figured we would have to trash it and get another. Decided to look on Amazon for a replacement part before we tossed it and was pleasantly surprised to find these. My husband installed a new gear in the base and it’s been working great ever since. Nice to be able to repair and keep stuff out of the landfill.

The shaft threads are reverse (Lefty Tighty Righty Loosey )
The shaft is reverse thread!! And the slot on the base accept a flat head screw driver to hold the shaft stlll while removing the drive gear… That easy !!! I dis assembled the entire unit and gave the parts a good scrubbing,, (Not The motor of course). I now have a totally refurbished Magic Bullet….
