How to use daisy chain to connect another monitor as only 1 usb type c port is provided?

Can i use 10A instead of 16A for this monitor

I use this monitor connected to a power tree which in turn is connected to regular 10A, smaller sized wall power socket. Power trees and extension cords generally have sockets for both 10A and 16A plugs.

Does the speaker and mic work when connected only to hdmi ? or does the speaker and mic require usc type -c connection to work ?.
