An upgrade to your cable upgrade
UPDATE2: I applied glue after discovering the problem and we're still going strong, no sign of any complaint from the wiring itself. So it loses a star from 5, but if you're happy to slap some glue on then I'd still recommend the cable. I'd also add that it's only disconnected at the connector joint like twice when I've dropped the item it's connected to.UPDATE: Not a month old and breaking at the cable join. Presumably fixable with some tape, but not a great sign of build quality. 5 stars becomes 3.IEMs: Moondrop Blessing 2.DAC: iFi GO BarMaterial: Tidal (red book / HiRes)Predecessor cable: Tripowin 16 Core silver (~£17)I bought this after (briefly) testing my old Tripowin (see above, available on Amazon still) against the cable that comes eih Moondrop Variations, also OCC and fewer individual runs but with extra shielding (that I suspect damped the transients), and finding it to be more composed. Made me wonder if another OCC, fewer core cable might do similar for my B2s, so bought the Noire. It did. Compared to the 16 Silver, which already brings boons to he audio, it seemed to have an extended low end, less distortion, and be an all together tidier and smoother sound, without otherwise rolling off the top end sparkle as is often the trade off. It's a bit more sturdy a cable but not necessarily 'thicker', and although marginally less flexible I don't find it to be stuff. I also think it looks more 'high end' and like the metallic grey/black look.I've had it a week so far and had no issues with the connector, having made sure to push it in snug, although I've not switched it out more than just putting the 4.4mm attachment on. I'll probs switch for 3.5mm and sit with my Mojo2 in due course so will edit if I have any issues. No update means no issues found. I was worried th length of the jack / adapter would be a problem but it's not much different to what I had before. All in all, I'm very happy with this cable. It's an actually quite noticeable upgrade on the upgrade I'd been using for a few years (replaced once), both in sound, functional possibility, aesthetics, and feels like it'll last longer. It also seems better than that which came with the Variations, which seemed to have damped transients.I think I've found my new cable.

Sounds amazing
I did for the first time notice a small but noticeable sound enhancement with this cable the connectors can be a bit easy to come out on the 4.4 because it's hard to pull out but ye peaple say cables don't make a difference I don't think it was placebo but who knows

Broke after a few months
It was really good for a few months, but recently the cable has started to function worse and worse. Now either channel will stop playing music randomly, and I have to adjust the cable at a certain angle for it to play again. Its a shame that such an expensive cable lasted less than those shipped with cheap, 2 dollar IEMs...
