Will work for Ford Ranger 2019?

This won't fit a 2019 Ranger because wheel has a 6x135 bolt pattern but the vehicle has a 6x139.7 bolt pattern. Our 6x139.7 (6x5.5") bolt pattern +12mm offset wheels can fit on a 2019 Ford Ranger. You can choose from the RT107, RT110, and RT112.

I have stock rims that I think are 44 offset. Is dropping all the way to -12mm offset too much?

Assuming your current wheel width and the offset is 7.5 and +44, going from your current wheel to our 9" width and -12mm offset and 4.5" backspacing. You will have an extra 37mm more of inner clearance and our wheels will poke out about 75mm (2.9").
