Q: Are they suitable for bodybuilding gym? It tend to be very noisy

Yes, I would say it will be OK for the gym, even a noisy one. I have used mine in the gym with audiobooks fine. Sometimes if you are running by a busy fast road you can't hear too well, or if you are using a lawn mower, but that's around 80-90 DB. I would be surprised if a gym sustained this level of noise? If you have a decibel reading app on your phone, take a sample at the gym and if it's under 75db I'd say you'll be fine.

Q: Are they fully waterproof for swimming?

you need the version designed for swimming which contain there own tiny memory chip as bluetooth does not work under water
