Exactly what I needed
The media could not be loaded. This is exactly what I was looking for. I needed a variety of pulleys that would rotate freely so that I could setup various cable pull stations on my home gym rack. Today I finally got the parts I needed to rig it together. Still need to tweak a few things but this is going to work great. The pulleys feel very overengineered. The straps work great over the bar but at a tad short for the way I have them in the attached video but it still works.

Great addition
Added these to our home gym and can now add tons more exercises. Super smooth. I will say the cable was a bit greasy and that got on some equipment, but just wiped right off

Good Value, Decent Functionality
I bought this set to replace some worn parts on my Spud high pulley system and to add a low pulley to the setup. The new pulley is noticeably smoother in operation. I am not sure how long it will last but given that they provide two entire spare pulleys and to additional wheels I think it's safe to think the kit will last a while. The carabiners are too small and the sliding spring loaded catch makes them even more annoying to use. I replaced these with some larger ones I had laying around which makes the whole system a lot less frustrating to use. The pulleys do not hold the cable captive. Gravity takes care of this in the high pulley position. For the low pulley you have to move the cable and pull it tight at the beginning of every set. It is a reasonable and inexpensive way to add quite a few low pulley exercises to a rack based home gym. It is definitely not as nice as using a dedicated cable station in a commercial gym, though.

Really got what I paid for.
Useless. The carabiner is too small to fit onto the pulley, and the straps are too big to fit through the eyehole.Seems like a solidly built product but with the accessory stuff being the wrong size it’s useless.Will be returning immediately.
